Fast foods, refined sugars like those in cakes and pastries, fried food and saturated fats are also responsible for that. So avoid all such kind of food items and follow Detox diet.

3. Detox Diet –

Include as many vegetables and fruit as you can in your food to clean your liver effectively. The micro nutrients present in the vegetables helps to increase the immunity of body. The fiber content helps cure constipation. You can include fresh vegetable juices in your daily diet. You may not find all vegetables tasty and try to avoid them but remember they are very rich in nutrients are important for liver. You can mix the juice of vegetables with fruit juice; also you can take them in form of soups and curries.

3. Include foods with high potassium content –

Potassium rich foods lower the blood pressure, cholesterol level, and hence effectively clean live. These foods include sweet potato, tomato, spinach, beetroot, all kinds of beans, banana etc.

4. Green Tea –

Substitute your regular tea with a healthy one like green tea. You can add a teaspoon honey and ginger juice to have added benefits and good taste.

5. Turmeric –

A known anti biotic and anti – depressant turmeric supports liver cleansing. So use it in your food like curries etc. You can take a small amount of turmeric with a glass of milk or even water.
